Do Summer Travel Plans Have You Frazzled? We Have You Covered!

What a summer it has already started out to be! From high temps to a few travel restrictions still in place to people slowly feeling safe to go out again, we wanted to be sure to have you covered with options for both virtual and in-person travel. So here we go, our TOP 5 plus a bonus!

Dubrovnik, Croatia

We have two of our favorite tour guides available with in-person and virtual offerings.   Vuka Tour Guide and Rewind Dubrovnik are must books that can be found in our app. Ivan of Vuka Tour Guide is a National-Geographic Co-Host and has been featured in Forbes and People and on CNN and the BBC and does fantastic tours around the Wall of the City. Or, if you are curious to see Dubrovnik and its breathtaking coastline by boat, Rewind also offers in-person and live virtual tours. So sit back and tour Dubrovnik from home, or if you can make it there in person, book one of their tours!

Tahannaout, Morroco & The Atlas Mountains

Next up, Earth House! Chafik was born and raised in Marrakech and is ready to show you all Tahannaout, a beautiful village at the base of the Atlas Mountains, offers! Whether it's taking cooking classes or learning new skills from local artisans. Find him within our app and reach out to him. He is available for both live virtual tours as well as in-person.

London, UK

We LOVE London, The British Museum, Victoria and Albert, Churchill's War Rooms, and the Design Museum are some of our favorites. Whether in London or Del Rio, TX, dive into our app and find your favorites in London; there are plenty of options available at your fingertips!

Miami, Florida

Our hearts go out to all those lost or impacted in Surfside. While we all wait and send our thoughts for the rescue efforts to continue and succeed, Miami has several places to reflect or meditate. Some of our favorite spots for reflection include South Pointe Park Pier, Beach and Lighthouse, the Charles Deering Estate, and the Perez Art Museum.

New York, NY

NYC has it all if music, the arts, science, and the outdoors. To beat the heat or stay home, we highly recommend the Tenement MuseumPioneer Works, MoMACooper HewittRiverside Park, and best off, the Museum of Ice Cream, offering virtual ice cream making!

East End of Long Island, NY

In addition to all the beautiful outdoor locations and destinations, the East End has a lot to offer and explore.  Guild Hall, Southampton History Museum, Bridge Gardens, Madoo Conservancy, Montauk Lighthouse, East Hampton Historical Society, the Children's Museum of the East End, the Bridgehampton History Museum, and the East Hampton Library are all great spots to visit in addition to the time you spend at the beach or virtually from home!

So whether you are traveling to any of the destinations above or somewhere like Del Rio, TX, or Tokyo, Japan, virtually or in person, we hope you stay safe, enjoy the moment, and remain curious about the world around all of us. Check out our app both online or in the Apple App Store to find and share your favorites, and we'll share more soon!
